Juul Labs, makers of the most popular e-cigarette device sold in the United States, has unveiled a new portable charging case designed to recharge Juul e-cigarettes on the go.

This new Juul accessory dramatically increases the battery life of Juul e-cigs by serving as a portable power source from which they can be recharged. Currently, the Juul power bank, as it’s unofficially known, has yet to be released to consumers.

On Juul’s website, which doubles as an online store, a page has been created under the accessories section which indicates that the Juul Portable Charging Case is “coming soon.” How soon it’s scheduled for public release remains unknown at this time, but if we had to guess, our money would have to be on a 2019 release date.

According to Juul’s website, the Portable Charging Case is capable of fully recharging a Juul device up to three times.

The case itself is a 1270mAh battery, which, of course, is rechargeable. To recharge the case, simply plug it into a USB port using the micro-USB charging cord that it comes with.

Not surprisingly, this new accessory is compatible with all Juul devices. Our lack of surprise is derived from the fact that Juul devices are essentially identical to one another with the only real difference between the different models available being the color, which is strictly aesthetic.

How much does it cost? According to Juul’s website, the Portable Charging Case costs $49.99 USD.
