Juul’s Mint flavored pods, which some refer to as “cool mint,” are arguably the strongest of the Juul pod flavors in terms of throat hit sensation. You can really feel the vapor hitting the back of your throat when you inhale and that, for me, is important. As a former smoker, that sensation seems to be something that I crave from my e-liquids, and fortunately for me it’s something that the Mint flavored Juul pods offer. But that’s not the only reason why the Mint is my personal favorite, there’s also the taste, which I’d describe as wintery and refreshing, as a proper peppermint e-juice should be.
In the United States, they’re available in both 3% and 5% nicotine strength. Personally, having used the 5% strength pods for some time, I find the 3% pods to be preferable. This, of course, is a personal preference, which you may very well not share. This is less of a concern with flavor on my end than it is with harshness, as the higher strength pods tend to be a bit harsher. And while I do prefer a nice throat hit sensation, it’s actually just a bit much with the 5% strength pods. Notably, if you are buying 3% pods instead of 5% pods, it’s worth noting that you’re paying the same price, however, you’re actually getting less nicotine for the money.
Beyond the flavor, which is delightful, the overall design of the pod and the battery that it’s designed to work with, which is known as the Juul device, isn’t too far off from perfection. While there is the occasional leaking pod, the pods and batteries typically work harmoniously with one another to produce tasty vapor on demand. Between the vape’s compact design, which is extremely convenient, and the perfection of the mint e-liquid contained within Juul’s Mint pods, it’s not hard to see why they’re so popular among vapers, myself included.
